By accessing or using JYRIQ AI services at jyriq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You agree to use JYRIQ AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems
• Share API credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

JYRIQ AI retains all rights to the platform, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data, prompts, and pipeline configurations uploaded to the service.

JYRIQ AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
